FIANZ HALAL CERTIFICATE – APPLICATION AND APPROVAL PROCESS

Step 1
Client needs to make an application for halal certificate by filling out online form or by downloading attached form, filling it out and emailing to

Step 2
Application is received and reviewed by FIANZ HalCom application review team. The application review team will review the documents and ensure they are in order. They will then appoint an audit team and schedule the audit with the client. The number of audit days will be determined as part of the scheduling process.

Step 3
The audit team will conduct the audit and report the audit findings, including any corrective actions, to FIANZ HalCom decision making team.

Step 4
The HalCom decision making team will review the audit findings and deliberate if the client is eligible to receive a FIANZ halal certificate. The client will be advised of the decision that has been made by HalCom decision making team, and a FIANZ halal certificate will be issued if the decision is positive.
