HalCom is committed to the efficient and effective provision of certification services for the Halal sector.
Our aim is to deliver high quality services, achieved by:

  • Employing high calibre, suitably experienced, well trained and well motivated staff
  • Promoting continual improvement and best practice
  • Being accountable and impartial in our actions and decision making
  • Demanding an ethical, honest, courteous, professional and confidential approach to all our operations
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective transfer of information
  • Always striving to be aware of client and stakeholders needs in further developing and improving our certification services
  • Collaborating and co-operating whenever appropriate with clients and stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of our certification services.

  • To assist us to do this HalCom undertakes to operate and maintain documented quality management systems which satisfy the requirements of the appropriate controlling requirements, linked to certification service being provided.
  • Welcoming comments, complaints and suggestions, and use the information to monitor and improve the quality of our service delivery.
